How it works

One workforce operation, organised around five outcomes.

From the first request for cover to the export your payroll team receives. Each capability is labelled so you know what is live and what is live once configured for your organisation.

1 of 5

Plan and fill work

Create the work, roster your direct people, invite the right person or open it to your wider network, and see responses in one place.
  • Create jobs with the requirements the work actually needs.
  • Roster your direct workforce, with availability and leave in the same view.
  • Invite a specific person directly, or open the work to your wider network through Marketplace.
  • Collect responses and confirm assignments without a phone tree.

Know who is ready

Onboarding, compliance requirements and profiles stay current, so readiness is visible before work is confirmed and site information reaches people before they arrive.
  • Onboard people once, with the documents and evidence your roles require.
  • See compliance status while matching and assigning, not after.
  • Keep worker and clinician profiles current, including what is outstanding.
  • Site Briefs carry arrival, contact and systems information to people before they arrive.

Coordinate delivery

Workers, coordinators and client sites share one picture of what is happening: messages, the worker app, the client portal and attendance as it is recorded.
  • Workers see their work, respond to invitations and check in and out from the mobile app.
  • Check-in and check-out capture location, and can be geofenced to the site where you configure it.
  • Messages keep coordinators, workers and client contacts in one thread.
  • The client portal shows client sites their upcoming cover and the people confirmed for it.

Maintain oversight

Dashboards and reporting show what needs attention. Engagement, health and safety and incident workflows are available where an organisation switches them on.
  • Dashboards show open work, what is awaiting approval and readiness that is about to lapse.
  • Reporting across work, compliance and attendance.

Move approved data towards payment

Approved time and workforce data become a configurable payroll-ready export, so your payroll process starts from accurate information rather than re-keyed spreadsheets.
  • Timesheets draw on attendance and are approved by the right person.
  • Pay rates are managed where your organisation configures them.

Reading the labels

What the status labels mean.

Live
Available to every organisation on WeavHR today.
Live when configured
Available once set up for your organisation during supported configuration.

Planned capabilities, such as direct connections to payroll providers, are not shown until they are available.

Implementation

Supported configuration from the start.

We work with you to configure roles, requirements, workflows and payroll-ready outputs correctly and efficiently, so the platform reflects how your organisation actually operates.

  • Staff and data imports
  • Onboarding support for your people
  • Payroll-export set-up for your payroll process
  • Implementation templates for common workforce models

Payroll connectivity

Connect approved workforce data to payroll.

WeavHR prepares approved time and workforce data for export into your payroll process, reducing re-keying and avoidable corrections. Current connectivity is through configurable export workflows when configured. WeavHR does not replace payroll.

Illustrative savings

What is three hours a week worth to you?

Value themes we hear about most: compliance chasing, roster preparation, replacement cover, timesheet corrections, payroll leakage, duplicate entry, system switching, onboarding administration and missed or unfilled work. Put your own numbers in.

For one manager or coordinator. Be conservative.

hours

Salary plus on-costs, divided by hours worked.
