WeavHR began inside a growing healthcare workforce operation where spreadsheets, inboxes and disconnected systems could no longer keep pace. We built the platform we needed: one clear place to manage people, work, compliance and the actions that keep everything moving.

Our story

Before WeavHR was a product, it was a problem we were living every day.

As the founders of Remedi Solutions, Richelle Jorgensen and Gordon Munro built and operated a nationwide clinical workforce service supporting healthcare organisations and clinicians across Aotearoa New Zealand.

Every engagement depended on dozens of connected details: who was available, who was suitably qualified, what the organisation needed, what had been agreed, what had changed and what needed attention next. The work was high-trust, time-sensitive and too important to be held together by disconnected tools.

WeavHR grew from that reality. Not from a software wish list, but from the practical need for one system connecting workforce information, onboarding, compliance, rosters and jobs, site knowledge, communication, health and safety, timesheets and follow-through.

WeavHR Limited now builds the platform for organisations that need more than a roster: those managing their own direct workforce, agencies managing contingent people, and organisations combining both.

Richelle Jorgensen

Co-founder & Managing Director

Richelle is a strategic business and operations leader with experience spanning financial management, business growth, systems design and process transformation.

As co-founder of Remedi Solutions, Richelle helped build the financial, operational and technology systems supporting a nationwide healthcare workforce service. Working directly with healthcare organisations and clinicians exposed the administrative friction, fragmented information and financial inefficiencies that make complex workforces unnecessarily difficult to manage.

Richelle leads WeavHR's commercial strategy and product direction, combining financial insight with systems thinking to turn real operational problems into practical, scalable solutions.

Gordon Munro

Co-founder & Director of Strategy and Partnerships

Gordon co-founded WeavHR and Remedi Solutions, bringing practical experience in strategy, partnerships, service development and healthcare workforce delivery.

Through his work with practices, clinicians and industry partners, Gordon has developed a strong understanding of the relationships, communication and operational preparation required to deliver reliable workforce support. His perspective helps ensure WeavHR remains grounded in the needs of the organisations and people who will use it.

Gordon supports WeavHR's strategic relationships and market development, helping connect the platform's capabilities with genuine workforce challenges.

Where we are going

Healthcare gave WeavHR its proving ground: complex work, distributed teams, demanding compliance requirements and little room for important details to be missed.

Pharmacy and locum networks and home and community care share those pressures, and WeavHR is designed for them. Our vision is one connected workforce platform that helps organisations understand what is happening, identify what needs attention and act with confidence, without stitching together separate systems.
